I believe in our bodies God given ability to heal itself with the occasional guidance of skilled practitioners, food as medicine, and I have a passion for clean home and beauty products as close to nature as possible.

My goal in life is to help as many people as I can with my knowledge of how our bodies function, natural health and childbirth and beyond, including topics such as baby wearing and cloth diapering.

I love learning so that I can continue to offer the best care to each and everyone who steps foot in my office as I can. Helping you find relief from old sports injuries, chronic pain from repetitive motions in your jobs and daily life, and headaches and shoulder tension are just a few of my favorite puzzles to solve in the massage room.

 

Supporting families throughout pregnancy and postpartum is such a gift to me, and I hope it is for you too, as I believe birth is a gift and so is every child brought into this world. I want to support families with my knowledge and experience with my hands and my heart!​
